SF works with marginalized groups for integrated community development and socio-economic empowerment through access to basic facilities, human resource development, partnership building, awareness-raising and rights based advocacy.

• Improve living standards of the poorest and marginalized communities in targeted districts of Sindh through provision of education, health, water and sanitation facilities and services.

• Promote economic development through micro finance and small enterprise development, sustainable agricultural and other livelihoods particularly for women.

• Promote human rights of women, children, and youth, and laborer, farmers and minorities rights and seek policy changes for equal rights through advocacy, research and information dissemination.

• Respond to humanitarian emergencies by helping people cope with crisis, through disaster risk reduction, emergency relief, preparedness and post-crisis recovery.

• Promote peace, justice, socio-cultural harmony, democratic norms/values and engage in advocacy and networking on these issues for peaceful society.
